Today is Day 1 of your 8 day 108 Breaths to Freedom challenge. Today we’ll be doing some moving, breathing and some math, so you will need:
30 Minutes of uninterrupted time to focus & practice
Space to move—either on the floor (with padding) or on a chair
Your Yoga Grace Breath Challenge Worksheet
A pen or pencil & maybe a calculator if you need a helping hand with mathReady?
