108 Breaths to Freedom

Today is Day 3 of your 8 day 108 Breaths to Freedom challenge. Today, we’ll be working on adding retention into our breath cycle and revisiting our inhale. Here’s what you’ll need for practice:

20 Minutes of uninterrupted time to focus & practice
Your Yoga Grace Breath Challenge Worksheet
Space to move—either on the floor (with padding) or on a chair
Paper & pen & a calculator if you need a helping hand with math
