108 Breaths to Freedom

Today is Day 4 of your 8 day 108 Breaths to Freedom challenge. Today, we’ll work on adding suspension of the breath at the end of exhale. This will be the day you determine your personal threshold. Here’s what you’ll need for practice:

26 Minutes of uninterrupted time to focus & practice
Your Yoga Grace Breath Challenge Worksheet
Space to move—either on the floor (with padding) or on a chair
Paper & pen & a calculator if you need a helping hand with math
