Join Jen Peterson, E-RYT for an 8-week series to learn the practices of yoga that will feed you and build strength and flexibility at any age. Classes will include poses, breathwork, and meditation. This class is designed for all levels including those who have never tried yoga before. It’s never too late to start practicing!
