Yoga and the Art of Aging Gracefully - Lessons and Practices

Yoga and the Art of Aging Gracefully

Receive tools that transcend the decades

Close your eyes and remember a time when you felt nourished, strong and capable….Now imagine these qualities available consistently throughout the decades!

The practice of yoga will nourish you and build resilience and responsiveness at any age. Learn about how we hold and digest all of our experiences (childbearing, childrearing, working, menopause, caring for aging parents) and what we can do to stay embodied, curious, vibrant and open-hearted.

Join us for learning and practice (live and recorded) to delve into this more deeply and to receive the teachings and practices that will have you looking forward to your life as you grow older.

These 2 lessons and 2 live practices will introduce you to a foundational yoga model of our human lives as layers or sheaths of ourselves and how we are in this world. Using this model we can dive deeper into our inner wisdom to understand and guide us as we grow older.

People who have never tried yoga before, advanced practitioners and teachers are all welcome. Live practices will include adaptations for all poses to ensure accessibility.

Learn from experienced instructors Laura Abbott-Coan, Jen Peterson, and Cyndi Embody, aged 43, 53, and 63.

Workshop includes 2 prerecorded lessons and 2 live practices:

Sunday, August 2nd & Sunday, August 9th

4:00 - 5:30PM (ET)
On Zoom

Cost: $97 for all lessons and practices
