A strong, healthy back is a must for keeping your body moving fluidly throughout your life. It requires a dance of ease and effort both on the yoga mat, and in your heart and mind. These 6 classes will teach you the basics of healthy movement for the spine, how to address and prevent soreness and injury, and tips and techniques for practicing yoga poses with integrity and care for your whole being--body, mind, and spirit.
This series is suitable for all levels of practitioners who are interested in developing or deepening their yoga practice for longevity and life balance. $95 for 6 classes.
