Ayurveda believes that we are an integral part of nature and that living in alliance with the governing forces of nature’s elements is the key to health and longevity. Ayurveda doesn’t offer one cookie cutter approach to caring for yourself. Its wisdom holds that we are each unique individuals and we can develop daily practices based on our constitution that help us live in grace and balance throughout the seasons and our changing stages of life.
