April 6th – May 11th (6 Classes)

Middlebury Wellness Collective in the Marbleworks

Class is limited to 8 people

This series is designed for people in active recovery from disordered eating and body image challenges. It does not include weight management or diet recommendations and instead focuses on compassionate exploration of our multidimensional humanity to identify and heal the root causes of our dis-ease.

Each class will include a short presentation of Yoga teachings followed by a breath-centric movement practice, breathwork, chanting, journaling, and discussion. Each participant will have a brief intake with Jen Peterson, certified Yoga Therapist and opportunities for one to one support through the series.

I feel myself more able to pause, center in my body and ask, am I belly hungry and/or heart hungry?
